CORD SAFETY / TENSION DEVICES – It is mandatory to fit tension devices / child safety devices to products
with looped cords and chains. The only exception to this law is if the bottom of
the looped cord/chain is above 1600mm (1.6 metres) from the the finished floor level. If you order a blind which we cannot fit a tensioner to, please
ensure that you order the appropriate sized cord or chain.
